Yes — that's actually the more typical case. The agent takes orders right in DMs and Telegram, collects all the data in conversation, and writes a deal into a CRM or sheet. A cart-equipped site isn't required.

Does it integrate with my CRM and shipping carrier?

Shopify, KeyCRM, Pipedrive, HubSpot — via API directly. Shipping carriers — label creation and tracking via their API too. If the CRM is custom, I connect to your API.

How does the agent know an item is out of stock?

I sync it with your inventory source — CRM, sheet, or warehouse API. If an item isn't there, the agent doesn't blindly «sell» it — it offers an alternative or adds the customer to a waitlist.
