Does it integrate with my CRM and shipping carrier?
Shopify, KeyCRM, Pipedrive, HubSpot — via API directly. Shipping carriers — label creation and tracking via their API too. If the CRM is custom, I connect to your API.
How does the agent know an item is out of stock?
