This is a narrow, practical service — specifically n8n, not «automation in general» (the broader option is on the AI automation page). n8n is powerful but the learning curve is steep: nodes, expressions, error-handling, self-hosting. I take your process and assemble it into a robust workflow — with retries, logging, fallbacks, and where it fits, an AI step (classification, extraction, generation). I deploy it self-hosted so you don't pay per task and your data stays with you.

How is this different from the «AI automation for business» service?
This page is narrowly about n8n: I build and host specific workflows in your n8n. AI automation is the broader service: an audit of all processes, stack choice (not necessarily n8n), deep CRM/ERP integration, agents. If you need «build me a few n8n scenarios» — that's here. If it's «sort out all my processes» — that's there.
Self-hosted or n8n Cloud?
I recommend self-hosted in most cases: no per-task billing, full control over data, any custom node. Cloud is fine to start or if there's no one to run a server. I deploy either, and I tell you straight which is better for you.
Do you migrate from Zapier without losing logic?
Yes — I take apart your Zaps, recreate the logic in n8n (often cleaner, since n8n is more flexible), and test in parallel before switching. The move is justified when Zapier hits you on per-task cost or runs into a complexity wall.
Will my team be able to maintain the workflows?
Yes — that's what the runbook and training are for. n8n is visual; after hand-off the team edits scenarios itself. Complex custom nodes I document separately so there are no black boxes left behind.
